How do I pre-register for the event?

Do I need to attend the entire time?
No, you are not required to stay for a set amount of time. Please attend whenever is convenient for you! You may also want to review the speaker session schedule to see if there are any topics you don’t want to miss.
How do I participate in the event?
This event takes place online, so all you need is a computer, tablet or mobile device connected to the internet. If you have pre-registered, you will receive an email confirming your attendance with a link to attend the event. On the day of the Virtual Career Fair, you may also follow this link to log in.
What happens after I pre-register?
After pre-registering, you will be added to our email distribution list, and you will begin receiving important information regarding the Virtual Career Fair, including computer tests, user guides, login links, etc. To ensure you are receiving all of our emails, please add the following email address to your contacts: firstname.lastname@example.org.

What if I’m not able to attend but still want to learn more about opportunities at SSM Health?
The virtual environment will remain accessible to registered participants for 30 days after the live date. During this archive period, you will be able to visit booths and view open positions. Please note that live chat functions are not active during the archive period.
