Through every level at SSM Health, we offer training programs on topics ranging from clinical skills to communication and management strategy.
We also partner with universities and colleges to create educational opportunities for employees. These educational partnerships were created with our employees' busy lives in mind. In fact, many of the courses and programs are offered online and at a reduced rate for employees. In 2015, SSM Health added six new corporate academic partnerships with universities and colleges, offering reduced tuition rates, a host of degree programs and scholarship opportunities with the goal of providing affordable continuing higher education for our employees. We now have 16 corporate academic partnerships across the system. More information about these programs is available in each region.
